Join Mars as a Category Management Intern

Your Profile:

• Advanced studies in Business Economics or related field
• Ideally some practical experience in marketing, sales, or category management
• Ambition to take responsibility from the start
• Ability to work independently, structured, and analytical
• Initiative, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Communication skills in German and English
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel

Your Tasks:

• Derive strategic recommendations for our pet food brands and implement operational solutions
• Develop data-driven assortment optimizations focusing on shopper needs
• Create customer-specific planogramming and placement solutions for partners and provide recommendations for emotional implementation at the point of sale
• Collaborate across departments with marketing and sales to gain a broad company perspective
