Your responsibilities:

• Advice and support for assigned pharmacies as the 1st point of contact in the back office
• Contact management and support by telephone, video conference, and e-mail
• Customer service and relationship building
• Control of order management

Your profile:

• Communication skills: Convincing, customer-oriented verbal and written expression in German.
• Customer relationship management: Establishing new and long-term customer relationships and actively contacting customers.
