IT Specialist as Application Manager

Tasks

• Responsible for the maintenance, support, and second-level support of applications.
• Conduct problem analysis and requirements management, creating IT concepts.
• Advise on the selection, evaluation, and integration of future applications and implement applications and enhancements as a system analyst or (partial) project manager.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system utilization and the efficient operation of applications.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Very good specialist knowledge and extensive experience in module and application support for standard software products or sound programming experience in a higher programming language.
• Strong methodological skills to design and describe requirements and implement them in IT systems.
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Very good communication skills, including proficiency in English if required.

As an Application Manager in our Application Management team, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and operation of centrally managed company applications, including Microsoft Enterprise Apps, Adobe solutions, Atlassian products, and customized individual solutions.
