Responsibilities

• Telephone customer support and consultation (taking orders, repair inquiries, product questions)
• Scheduling appointments (inbound and outbound)
• Recording and managing customer data
• General administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or eagerness to start in this field
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• IT skills (especially MS Office or Excel) advantageous
• Professional and customer-oriented demeanor
• Reliable and independent working style
• Good German language skills
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things
