Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Ground Operations & Loading Master (d / f / m)

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and monitor shipment of goods from site to site (plant to plant, plant to FAL, and plant to supplier) in accordance with predefined contractual incoterms.
2. Ensure loading and unloading operations are carried out using all necessary means, following Airbus processes and safety procedures.
3. Maintain an up-to-date logistics and transportation database, guaranteeing on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery.
4. Coordinate and manage operational transport and loading teams.
5. Manage all activities related to loading and unloading within a specific perimeter.
6. Ensure document accuracy and communication between stakeholders (TCU, LM, GC).
7. Ensure tasks comply with applicable regulations and rules within the perimeter.
8. Contribute to recovering delays, prioritizing safety at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in ground operations/loading.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in logistics or equivalent.
• Languages: German (native), English (negotiation level), French, Italian, Spanish (nice to have).
• Excellent skills in (international) communication.
• Willingness for independent work and process control.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High willingness to travel.
