About the role

AtVetera, one of our core veterinary software, customer service is more than just a specific role. Our customer service representatives are an integral part of our company culture and define how we interact with our customers.

Become part of our team and independently advise our customers on the optimal use of the leading practice software, Vetera, after an intensive training phase. Your success will be reflected in the long-term satisfaction of our customers! With Vetera, we have a great product whose IT architecture and functionality are continuously being developed. More than 2,000 practices and clinics now use Vetera.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer advice on commercial modules of our PMS system (e.g., billing, inventory management, dunning)
  • Processing and documentation of customer inquiries in first and second level support
  • Collaboration in optimizing internal workflows and customer satisfaction
  • Independent prioritization and tracking of tickets

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • Commercial training or comparable experience with IT affinity
  • Experience in using practice software or industry-specific ERP systems is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented communication, even in challenging situations
  • Structured, proactive working method with a view to corporate goals
  • Commitment, reliability and willingness to learn
  • Fluency inGermanlanguage and a decent level of English.
