Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in the field of optical test systems. As part of an interdisciplinary team comprising system engineers, electronics developers, and software developers, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating concepts and specifications for systems and subsystems, especially optical test systems.
  2. Defining, planning, and controlling work packages (current/target) and managing internal and external acceptance tests.
  3. Leading technical development teams.
  4. Overseeing system integration and fault detection, as well as requirements analysis and system testing.
  5. Presenting technical proposals to clients on-site and negotiating technical details with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  6. Conducting technical reviews and audits, preparing decision documents (e.g., make or buy), and developing test concepts and documentation.
  7. Reporting and presenting development results in project status meetings.
  8. Contributing to strategic product alignment and monitoring current technical trends and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical university degree.
  • Experience in a systems engineering department.
  • Experience in project management and technical system conception.
  • Interest in and experience with imaging sensors and related test systems.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • High intercultural competence and willingness to travel worldwide.
