Job Description:

  • Be responsible for the technical execution of hydropower control system projects based on Siemens and Rockwell control systems.
  • The development of system concepts based on project tenders and customer-specific requirements is also part of your tasks.
  • Be responsible for hardware and software engineering during the entire planning phase.
  • Create PLC programs as well as visualization solutions.
  • Plan the communication and network systems (IEC, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, etc.) taking into account cyber security requirements.
  • Compliance with deadlines and quality.
  • Create the technical documentation for signal lists, requirement specifications and final documentation.
  • Be responsible for the commissioning of control systems worldwide.

Your profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, automation or information technology.
  • Experience with Siemens PCS7 / Rockwell Studio; knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good German and English language skills; further foreign language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are advantageous.
  • Result-oriented, ability to analyze and work in a team as well as loyalty and a high level of commitment and initial intercultural experience.
  • Unlimited readiness for regular and, if necessary, longer business trips and assignments on construction sites worldwide.
