Finance Business Partner - Management Consulting (m / f / d)

The role supports Speira’s Foil business in achieving its growth targets. The Foil unit is vital to Speira, serving industries such as food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. As the Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the management team, playing a key role in steering financial performance and supporting strategic goals. This position offers high visibility within the business and to Speira’s Executive Management Team.

1. Delivering best-in-class business performance management:

- Evaluate business performance and conduct insightful variance analysis.

- Conduct financial planning based on understanding of business trends and KPIs.

- Develop recommendations to optimize results and support improvement actions.

- Present financial performance to the Executive Management Team.

- Develop product portfolio strategies with sales, production, and planning teams.

- Assess business cases to support growth initiatives.

- Provide financial analyses for customer negotiations.

- Evaluate profitability of new investments.

- Develop new controlling tools and processes, often collaborating with external consultants.

- Lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications that will get you ahead

• University degree in business administration, finance/economics, or relevant experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in finance roles or management consulting.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in sales or production controlling is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the aluminium industry, especially rolling or recycling, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
