Chief Commercial Officer, relocation to Egypt (experienced in Fruit Concentrates, IQF, Freeze Dry)

The role is based in Cairo, and a full expat package is offered.

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial growth and international expansion of a sustainable food product portfolio, with a strong focus on fruit concentrates, IQF, and freeze-dried products. This executive role will develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning on a global scale.

Your Mission:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for targeted global markets.
• Lead Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and channel strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Manage product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns tailored to diverse markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international traders, blenders, B2B/B2C customers, and trade partners.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Innovation teams to align commercial and product goals.
• Drive adoption of AI and data-driven tools to optimize commercial processes and decision-making.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture with ongoing team development and leadership.

Your Profile:

• 20+ years of commercial experience with 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in the agri-food industry, and fruit concentrates, IQF, and freeze-dried products is a MUST.
• Strong track record in driving commercial success and sustainable product growth.
• Deep knowledge of global markets, particularly US and Europe (GCC experience a plus).
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
