Your Mission

  1. Orchestrate enterprise-level implementations, providing tailored training and seamlessly integrating our solutions into customers’ environments.
  2. Act as a proactive, trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, continuously aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals to ensure lasting value.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success Management, Support) to align priorities, foster proactive coordination, and drive strategic, long-term success.
  4. Anticipate and mitigate technical issues before they escalate, swiftly resolving high-priority issues and preventing future challenges.
  5. Continuously gather and relay customer feedback internally, quantifying the impact of development needs to enable data-driven product enhancements and maintaining transparent reporting for ongoing optimization.

Your Profile

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Implementation Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, or similar).
  2. Strong technical troubleshooting abilities, with a history of managing complex customer projects.
  3. Skilled at translating intricate technical details into clear, actionable guidance.
  4. Experience in a SaaS environment, eager to deepen your knowledge as technologies evolve.
  5. Adept at managing multiple internal and external stakeholders across diverse customers and projects.
  6. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (additional language skills are a plus).
  7. Customer-focused and driven by the desire to help clients achieve their objectives.
  8. A true team player who thrives in a dynamic setting where everyone learns from one another.
