Within our Buildings business, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategy Execution & Planning Manager Vertical Portfolio, preferably with a management consulting background, to join our Vertical Markets team. In this role, you will lead strategic projects and business-critical processes, work closely with the leadership team and drive business initiatives to strengthen the Buildings portfolio in our focus Vertical Markets such as Hospitals, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, Food & Beverage, Life Science/Pharmaceuticals and Data Centers.

Your commitment to developing business-critical processes and experience in managing projects from start to finish will be key to success. You will make a difference by analyzing and preparing opportunities to scale the vertical business, preparing investment decisions and ensuring impact through execution.

Location: this position can be based in Zug/Switzerland or Munich/Germany. A prerequisite is your legal eligibility to work in the respective country. Relocation is not planned.

Your New Responsibilities

  • Own and further develop the business process to ensure result-oriented decision making for vertical portfolio requirements between market needs and product capabilities
  • Lead strategic projects for the portfolio team within the Vertical Markets department to ensure the strategic alignment between business objectives and Vertical Markets needs from a portfolio scalability perspective
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to support decision-making in close collaboration with management
  • Contribute to go-to-market/channel strategies for portfolio offerings with our vertical market team
  • Develop investment proposals to scale the vertical business based on strategic analyses
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership teams to implement change and transformation

Your Talents And Experience

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field; international experience and interdisciplinary education are a plus
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, product management or product portfolio management
  • Experience in product portfolio management is a plus, same as industry experience
  • Experienced and confident in presenting complex topics effectively at C-level
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and resilience in dynamic environments
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English. German and other European languages are an asset
