Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to contribute to building state-of-the-art mission control systems, using data and video feeds for weapon commands and engagement rules.

Responsibilities

1. Coding! Developing the backend of our Software Core
2. Testing - both software and mission functionality and reliability
3. Help improve our Rust and C++ development environment
4. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
5. Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems.
6. Constantly challenge requirements to determine what adds value and what is not.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Good proficiency in Rust and C++ development
3. Knowledge of autopilot, flight control systems, or similar is a bonus
4. Relevant industry experience in Automotive, sensors, aerospace, or connected devices
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
7. Adaptability to a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
8. Ability to travel as needed
