Salary: Equivalent to €120,000 per annum

TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is seeking an experienced Package Manager specializing in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for a high-profile offshore wind project based in Rostock. This role offers a competitive salary of €120,000 per year and is structured as a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of the WTG package, ensuring all components meet project specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively between project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of WTG components.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects of the WTG package, including negotiations, contract oversight, and risk management.
• Lead project meetings to provide updates, strategic guidance, and resolve issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Address and troubleshoot technical issues proactively to minimize impacts on schedule and costs.

Requirements:

• Extensive project management experience within the offshore wind industry, specifically with Wind Turbine Generators.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of WTG design, manufacturing, and installation.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly beneficial.
