Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees in your responsibility area, focusing on learning, core skills, and leadership.
• Design and strategically align qualification programs for all employees.
• Manage the qualification portfolio independently, aligned with skill management where applicable.
• Develop learning methods, content, and trainers.
• Shape processes and workflows to meet needs.
• Initiate and lead projects within the Schaeffler Academy at national and international levels.
• Prepare decision documents and present to relevant stakeholders such as Business, HR, and Works Council.
• Manage the budget within your area.
• Oversee the management of the training provider.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• At least five years of experience leading global projects, preferably in consulting, with extensive leadership experience in a global environment.
• Confident demeanor and strong stakeholder management skills at top management level.
• Excellent strategic development and implementation skills.
• Experience in introducing new strategies and optimizing projects within a matrix organization.
• Experience in developing a People Strategy with learning as a core element.
• Strong IT skills and understanding of Schaeffler IT systems.
• Profound HR process and system knowledge.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to think outside the box, decisive, and committed to high quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and high intercultural competence.
