Your profile

1. Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent apprenticeship as an IT specialist.

2. Problem-oriented working style with open and empathetic communication.

3. Knowledge of developer strategies and tools.

4. Interest and enthusiasm for productivity or Developer Experience topics.

5. Advanced experience with technologies such as GoLang, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API protocols, container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm), SQL/NoSQL databases, Git.

6. Knowledge of microservice architectures, security, Continuous Integration, and agile methods like Scrum or Extreme Programming.

7. Openness to new experiences and a desire for continuous development.

8. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
