Then this position as Program Manager for High Voltage Connectors in our Automotive division might be the perfect fit for you! You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with customers to design and optimize connectors that ensure the power supply of electric vehicles. You will work on solutions for a leading European OEM to meet future requirements for current-carrying capacity, mechanical robustness, and automatability, driving electromobility. We seek open-minded, flexible, and communicative team members working in a dynamic, interconnected project environment using agile methods.

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a product development team and project management for HV connectors within Customer Engineering.
  • Planning and resource allocation for development projects.
  • Defining product requirements with customers and supporting solution development.
  • Innovative approaches in product and process design to optimize costs, quality, and development time.
  • Collaboration across TE functional areas and locations.
  • Fostering employee development within the team.
  • Implementing company goals within the development group.
  • Designing innovative technical solutions and participating in research projects.
  • Supporting series-related quality and cost optimization.
  • Planning and evaluating verification activities for concept and design validation.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or related field.
  • Several years of experience, preferably in automotive.
  • Experience in injection molding, stamping, bending, material tech, connection tech, manufacturing tech, and automated assembly.
  • Experience in technical discussions with customers.
  • Confident and professional demeanor with internal and external interfaces.
  • Responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
