Project Planner

Project Planner - Biologics - Stuttgart - 3-Year Contract

Quanta is supporting a significant capital investment project in Germany. This global biologics client is currently expanding their capital projects team and requires a Project Planner with experience in Greenfield or Brownfield facility construction to support their new venture.

We are interested in speaking with senior consultants seeking a long-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing oversight of the current project portfolio to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
2. Supporting project planning (scheduling) for the project team.
3. Managing project schedules in accordance with the work breakdown structure and ensuring they are properly developed.
4. Ensuring project plans are regularly updated to facilitate effective monitoring, forecasting, and control.
5. Ensuring schedules conform to the Change Control Process, including liaison, communication, and calculation of change notes and change orders.
6. Embedding standard project planning requirements from contractors and sub-contractors into the project systems.
7. Producing planning reports for monthly reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in planning large CAPEX projects (such as pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical) within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Responsibility for planning throughout the project lifecycle, from detailed design and construction to handover.
• Proficiency with planning software tools such as P6 and MS Project.
• Experience supporting capital projects in pharma or biopharmaceutical sectors.
