What You Can Expect

1. You will be the primary contact for stakeholder management on both the customer and diconium sides, focusing on organizational development and business process modeling.
2. You will design business and solution architectures in the automotive sector based on customer and user-specific business cases.
3. Your focus will be on the strategic and methodical development of enterprise architectures and systems that are sustainably used within our methodology toolbox.
4. You will co-responsibly oversee project realization and ensure consistency from theoretical planning to operational implementation, positioning procedures for sustainable success.
5. You will represent the architectural perspective in SAFe programme management and participate in 12-week cycles of multi-day PI planning to clarify interdependencies across groups.

What You Bring Along

1. You are passionate about agile project structures, new methodological approaches, and contemporary technology stacks.
2. You have several years of relevant experience as an IT system solution or enterprise architect in the digital/eCommerce sector.
3. You are experienced in designing digital solution architectures and understand digital business models and economies of scale.
4. You have expertise in digitizing sales processes, such as subscription economies, marketplaces, and customer experience platforms.
5. You are comfortable applying various methodological skills, including enterprise architecture management, TOGAF, Design Thinking, and moderation techniques.
6. Your communication skills, persuasive presence, and ability to convey and enforce architectural visions to stakeholders and management set you apart.
