Ich ergreife die Initiative und unterstütze die Projekte in der Planung und Realisierung von Freileitungen der Hoch- und Höchstspannung in Gleich- und Wechselstrom.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Im dynamischen Umfeld der Energiewende bereite ich eigenständig technisch/wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen vor und bringe aktiv meine umfassenden Kenntnisse der Freileitungstechnik in die Projekte (Neubau, Umbau) ein. Auch in herausfordernden Situationen behalte ich einen kühlen Kopf und erarbeite in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Spezialist*innen und Projektleitenden an die Problemstellung angepasste Lösungsvorschläge.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Technische Begleitung von Freileitungsprojekten in der Vor- und Genehmigungsplanung, sowie Ausführung bis zum Projektabschluss,
• Eigenverantwortliche Koordinierung und Durchführung von technischen und wirtschaftlichen Variantenvergleichen und Studien mit internen und externen Auftraggebern und Auftragnehmern,
• Erarbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Führen des technischen Teils von Vergabeverhandlungen,
• Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung für Freileitungskomponenten bei den Lieferanten und die Einhaltung der Prüfvorschriften dieser im Rahmen des von mir verantworteten Fachprojektes,
• Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und budgetgerechten Abwicklung meines Fachprojektes.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Ingenieurswissenschaft bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt,
• oder
• Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung öffnen wir die Stelle auch für Personen mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Meister-/Technikerausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Elektro- oder Bautechnik Methodenkompetenz zur Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen,
• Versicherter Umgang mit PC- Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS- Office,
• Fahrerlaubnis und die Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Tagesreisen im Netzgebiet von 50Hertz sowie Dienstreisen europa- und weltweit,
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Die Stelle ist ggf. auch für Berufsanfänger*innen geeignet, sofern im Studium Schwerpunkte in Hoch- und Höchstspannung oder gar Freileitungstechnik gesetzt wurden (in diesem Fall würde ein Schulungsprogramm zu Beginn der Tätigkeit stattfinden).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Kenntnisse der Freileitungstechnik in Hoch- und Höchstspannung,
• Grundlegenden Kenntnisse des Projektmanagements, insbesondere Verständnis zu Zusammenhängen von Termin, Kosten und Risiko in einem Projekt,
• Kenntnisse mit MS- Project und SAP.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
