Summary

For the "Master Data Management" department, we are looking for a "Data Quality Manager" (m/f/d) for the Data Quality division as soon as possible.

The department is responsible for Group-wide master data management. This includes operational management of cross-divisional master data, data governance, data quality, and the implementation of a central master data governance tool as part of the S4 HANA core program.

Your Tasks

  1. Understanding the business relevance of existing and new data requirements and developing concepts and initiatives to measure data quality
  2. Continuous improvement and further development of data quality and early recognition of changing business and industry requirements
  3. Development of data quality standards and their implementation in the global organization
  4. Developing a strategy for collecting data quality rules to measure data quality and efficiently implementing regular and ad hoc data quality measurements in local systems
  5. Analyzing data, data structures, and data quality in close coordination with data owners with the aim of creating global data quality reports
  6. Definition of effective measures to increase data quality
  7. Analysis and evaluation of new approaches in the area of automation / AI
  8. Collaboration in the S4 HANA project in the area of master data management, especially in the context of migration and data pre-cleansing

Your Profile

  1. Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
  2. Many years of experience in project management and PMI certification
  3. Extensive experience in the field of data quality in an international company
  4. Experience in the initiation and implementation of data cleansing projects
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of the (SAP) data model and the methods of data quality and data protection management
  6. Knowledge of developing concepts and strategies including communication and cultural change
  7. Confident handling of MS Office as well as SQL and BI tools
  8. Ability to work in a team and compromise, assertiveness, and initiative
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Business fluent in German and English, additional language skills such as French advantageous
