Job Description

We are seeking a Fundraiser-Berater (w/m/d) who will advise and support our clients in using our ERP software for donation management. You will play a key role in connecting the technical capabilities of our software solutions with the practical needs of fundraising. Your expertise in fundraising will also help us tailor our software development to meet customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Consulting clients on the implementation and use of our ERP software for donation management.
• Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored solutions within the ERP system.
• Supporting clients in optimizing their fundraising processes using our software.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting, including customization or simple programming solutions (if applicable).

Your Profile

• Profound knowledge in fundraising and donation management.
• Technological affinity and experience with ERP software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of programming or willingness to learn is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment working with clients.
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style.
