What you can expect:
- Autonomous work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with PMs, UX/UI designers, developers, marketing experts, and stakeholders.
- Supporting the discovery phase by analyzing user engagement data across all digital touchpoints (webshop and apps).
- Validating product solutions through A/B testing, deep dives, and dashboards to optimize customer experience and revenue.
- Querying web tracking raw data and integrating it with data from our DWH.
- Using tools such as Snowflake, AWS Athena, PowerBI, Amplitude, Tealium, Google Analytics, Excel, Confluence, Jira, Mural, MS Office, Slack, and Teams.
- Preparing and presenting insights via reports and presentations.
- Contributing to data science projects to better understand and target customers.
- Collaborating with digital analytics experts to align tracking specifications with business needs.
Requirements:
- Analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset with creativity.
- Experience working in agile environments and adaptability to change.
- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and clear communicator within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in web analytics within e-commerce; marketing analytics is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
- Experience with R or Python for quantitative analysis (preferred).
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools.
- Understanding of data collection and processing (data engineering) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
