PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager leads the consultative sales efforts, secures high-value brand deals, and creates innovative advertising solutions for non-endemic brands. The position holder reports to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization and is based in Berlin, DE with expectations to transition from remote to hybrid model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and pitch tailored ad solutions for finance, travel, automotive, and luxury brands
  2. Create multi-channel sponsorship packages including Retail Media, DOOH, Digital, and Experiential Activations
  3. Build high-value relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and agency partners
  4. Work closely with creative & sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  5. Drive new revenue streams by identifying emerging brand categories & market trends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  1. 5+ years experience in Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships, or Media Sales
  2. Strong network across non-endemic categories (finance, travel, luxury, automotive)
  3. Strategic thinker with deep consultative selling expertise
  4. Fluent in English, speech and writing; additional language is an asset
  5. Strong ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
  6. Effectively communicate strategies and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  7. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving start-up setting
  8. Ability to synthesize complex information into the essential points to inform executive decision-making
  9. Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
  10. Superior relationship-building and exceptional consultative skills with a passion and hunger to win
  11. Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a “hands-on” person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets
  12. Travel required, as necessary, for customer-facing activities and team collaboration
  13. Recognize and understand critical cultural approaches to doing business globally
  14. Executive presentation skills; including in-person, written, and verbal
