About the Role

SWARCO, a global leader in traffic solutions, is seeking a dedicated Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) to oversee internal occupational safety across our locations in Germany. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supporting safety-related processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal occupational safety at nationwide sites.
• Perform duties as a safety engineer and Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit according to §6 ASiG.
• Assist in optimizing safety policies, procedures, and processes related to health and safety.
• Support management and staff in risk assessments, operational instructions, and cooperation with medical and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in accident investigations and suggest preventive measures.
• Organize safety training and instruction sessions.

Qualifications

• Completed engineering degree or equivalent qualification as a master/technician.
• Certified as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit.
• Structured, responsible work approach with the ability to handle complex situations.
• Experience in fire safety and construction sites is desirable.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel within Germany.
