Your profile & talents:

• Technical training: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification with basic electrical engineering knowledge.
• Up-to-date tech skills: Affinity for or experience with server infrastructures, network topologies, cloud technologies, IT security, and large database systems (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL). Willing to expand your knowledge.
• Standards familiarity: Knowledge of IT security standard IEC 62443.
• Customer orientation: Service-oriented with enjoyment working with customers.
• Quick comprehension: Able to understand complex issues and find efficient solutions.
• Independence: Comfortable working independently, valuing task organization freedom.
• Languages: Good English and/or French (at least B2); open to business trips.
• Team player: Good communication skills, collaborative, helpful.
• Innovation: Develop software products to market maturity and support database migration.
• Remote support: Provide technical consulting and support to German and international customers via phone, email, remote maintenance, or on-site.
• On-premise installations: Deploy WebPQ database system with power quality measuring devices ensuring smooth operation.
• Quality contribution: Participate in software release processes, maintain Proxmox server environment, and support continuous improvement.
