• Planning orders with subcontractors, own trucks, and selling orders through the market
• Order acceptance from our main customer (FTL/LTL)
• Procurement of cargo space
• Sourcing useful loads
• Purchasing return loads
• Arranging own subcontractor trucks
• Communicating with customers
• Processing claims
• Completed training as a freight forwarder or experience in tour planning (Ausbildung Disponent und Logistik)
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Initial experience with Timocom
• Goal-oriented work approach
• Company PC and phone provided
• Open company culture with flat hierarchies
