Your Role:

• Define and maintain Product Assurance (PA) standards aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary quality interface with customers.
• Lead and manage the Product Assurance team within the project.
• Coordinate PA-related activities across a matrix organization.
• Plan and manage quality activities, chairing key PA milestones such as EQSRs, MRRs, IRRs, TRRs, and QRs.
• Support major project reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, MPCBs, PCBs, TRBs, ARs, DRBs).
• Oversee non-conformance control and chair Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs).
• Develop and implement audit plans and assist in compliance reviews.

Your Profile:

• Degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Product Assurance (preferably in the space industry).
• Strong ability to make informed decisions and effectively communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Confidence in customer interactions and relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and independent in work approach.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS/EN9100, AS 9120, and EC/ECSS standards.
• Background check may be required.
