Job description

For our client in Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with solid experience in large corporations. This role is designed for strategic thinking HR professionals who can navigate complex organizational structures and develop and implement effective people-focused HR strategies. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workplaces, supported by a flexible and collaborative working environment.

Your tasks

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy.
  2. Advise managers and teams on all HR-related issues and challenges.
  3. Build strong business relationships and act as a coach for management teams.
  4. Manage and support change management processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze HR trends and data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
  6. Promote a strong performance culture by implementing clearly defined expectations, performance review, and feedback processes.
  7. Lead projects in various HR areas such as talent management, employee engagement, and development.

What you bring with you

  1. 8-10 years minimum experience in HR Business Partnering within large corporations.
  2. A degree in HR, business administration, or similar.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  4. Experience in change management and organizational development.
  5. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  6. The ability to advise and influence at all levels of the organization.
  7. A high degree of independence, initiative, and flexibility.
