IT Administrator (m/f/d) for expansion for a family-run company in Voerde

We are a family-run company with a long tradition in Voerde. Our main focus is on preventive measures for companies and health insurance companies. Care Diagnostica is an innovative company in the field of medical diagnostics. To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for an IT system administrator who will provide reliable support for our systems and digitally support our internal processes.

Your tasks:

• Administration, maintenance and further development of the internal IT infrastructure (server, clients, network, firewalls)
• Ensuring system availability, data security and regular backups
• Support and assistance for users (1st and 2nd level) in the Windows environment
• Administration of user accounts, access rights and IT security guidelines
• Support for the applications used, including ERP systems and special software
• Support with IT projects (e.g. migrations, rollouts, IT security measures)
• Documentation of systems, processes and changes

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of Windows system administration, network technologies and virtualization (e.g. Hyper-V or VMware)
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection desirable
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a sense of responsibility
