Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter) (m / f / d)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer with extensive experience in Flutter to lead the development of advanced, high-performance mobile applications. You will play a key role in architecting mobile solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in mobile development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Flutter-based mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Define application architecture and ensure maintainable, scalable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and product
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean coding standards
• Optimize app performance, security, and user experience
• Stay current with mobile development trends and Flutter ecosystem updates
• Take ownership of delivery timelines and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years specialized in Flutter
• Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework
• Strong architectural skills (Clean Architecture, Bloc, Riverpod, MVVM, etc.)
• Solid experience in working with REST APIs, state management, and asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience in deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play
• Proficient in version control (Git) and CI / CD practices
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
• A portfolio of released applications or open-source contributions

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase services and push notifications
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit, widget, integration tests)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud environments
• Experience with mentoring and technical leadership
