We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build our sales engine from the ground up. As one of the first sales hires, you’ll play a key role in opening doors and creating pipeline from scratch — driving revenue, shaping our outreach strategies, and working closely with our sales managers to scale a high-impact business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Engagement: Initiate first contact through cold calls, emails, and social outreach – with a focus on securing qualified meetings.
  • Lead Research & Prospecting: Independently identify and qualify potential customers using various channels
  • CRM Management: Diligently document all activities and insights in the CRM to ensure transparency and team alignment.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales managers to share feedback, refine targeting, and boost conversion rates.

Skills & experience you will need

  • Experience in sales execution or a similar role
  • Proven success in ambitious settings
  • Very strong communication and listening skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent in German & English

Great to have

  • Proven ability to manage hubspot and analyze data to drive revenue growth
  • Fluent in French
