Compensation: $80,000-$110,000

Role Overview

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Site Engineer / Foreman to manage excavation and field operations on residential and commercial new construction projects. This role requires commitment, leadership, and the ability to work independently. The first six months of the role are considered a training period. Upon successful completion, compensation will increase by 5–10%.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage field teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Perform take-offs and manage daily/weekly construction schedules
• Oversee layout and elevation setup using laser and transit equipment
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and tools
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and hold customer meetings
• Maintain safety standards and job site cleanliness
• Assist with labor and hands-on tasks when needed
• Travel daily to job sites to monitor progress and ensure performance

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience reading and interpreting site work plans
• Extensive experience with grading, excavation, utility installation (storm drain, sewer)
• Skilled in elevation setup and blueprint reading
• Experience with structure demolition and site clearing
• Residential and commercial construction experience require
• Machine operation experience a plus
• CDL Class A or B
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Waterworks Expereince
• Willingness to work weekends and perform physical labor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
