We are looking for a communicative and team-oriented individual who enjoys working with ideas and has an interest in the real estate industry.

Join our interdisciplinary team of 6 members, including real estate agents, experts, architects, and property managers, to evaluate real estate for our nationwide clients, such as banks and savings banks. You will assess properties based on limited initial information, using standard short reports with external photos and publicly accessible data.

Your tasks include managing your property portfolio, evaluating residential and commercial properties, reviewing court appraisals, and coordinating sales and auctions. Collaboration with local agents is a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your property portfolio independently
  • Evaluate residential and commercial real estate
  • Review court appraisal reports
  • Market properties through private sales and auctions
  • Coordinate with and commission real estate agents
  • Assist in the contract process for private sales

Profile

  • Completed real estate-specific training or comparable education/studies
  • Experience in property valuation or real estate industry
  • Knowledge of valuation methods (cost, income, comparison approach)
