Job Responsibilities

• Automotive-focused technical background with at least 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE/PM).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, requirement releases, and validation in an automotive environment.
• Experience with OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory.
• PE certification (e.g., CPRE or equivalents) is beneficial.

Description

• Introduction of requirement management tools/software.
• Introduction & maintenance of requirements database.
• Strong team alignment & communication skills, coordinating with relevant functions & stakeholders: cascading customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assigning work packages, and following up on stakeholder deliverables.

Soft Skills

• Structured, process-based work approach, goal-oriented, with an analytical mindset.

Skills

• Proficiency in English & German.
• Chinese language skills would be an asset.
