We are seeking a talented SAP PP professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production planning processes within the SAP system. If you have a strong background in SAP PP / PM and a passion for driving operational efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP PP / PM modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production planning issues
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Ensure data integrity and system accuracy
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
  • Configure SAP PP module including Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers), MRP, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
  • Integrate SAP PP with other modules (MM, SD, QM, WM, ECTR).
  • Application support - Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management : Respond to and resolve tickets, incidents, service requests and change requests within pre-defined SLAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve production processes using SAP best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP PP implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles
  • Good understanding of SLAs and ITIL processes from an Application Support perspective (such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and Problem Management)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in SAP PP module is a plus
