What You Will Be Doing

• You work in different interdisciplinary projects within the Product area
• Together with your team, you are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and developing new business areas to unlock new growth opportunities
• As a (Junior) Business Development Manager, you implement your own (sub-)projects with a focus on growth and present your results to the team and management
• You independently negotiate contracts and terms with your partners
• You conduct research on current market trends and competitors and develop business cases for corresponding business potential
• You conduct data analyses and prepare presentations with the team for our Management
• You are responsible for the strategic development of existing partners
• You assume monitoring and have partial responsibility for various revenue topics
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Management, Economics, or similar field
• You already have gained first professional experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, or business development/strategy
• First experience in a start-up or consulting environment is an advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and are generally open to data-driven programs and tools
• You are characterized by your hands-on mentality, stress resistance, and creative problem-solving skills
• You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor in negotiation situations
• You are analytical and like crunching numbers
• You are fluent in English (at least C1 level); German fluency is a plus
