Project Manager (m/f/d) – Building Construction / High Tech Projects

Your Responsibilities

• Leading a project team in future market construction projects such as data centers, battery factories, or other mission-critical facilities in Germany or neighboring European countries.
• Engaging in acquisition activities, leading tender or preconstruction efforts, and ensuring successful project wins.
• Taking full responsibility for successful project delivery, including health and safety, technical, financial, qualitative, scheduling, organizational, and contractual aspects.
• Being fully accountable for revenue, costs, and positive project results.
• Managing projects holistically, including coordination and oversight of all services provided by internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of hands-on experience in constructing data centers or similar advanced technology facilities with high MEP content.
• Extensive experience implementing international health and safety standards in German and international projects, with a strong commitment to the “Safety First” principle.
• Strong leadership skills, motivation, and dedication.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and Europe for project assignments.
