WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Scrum Master at JYSK, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and ensuring the successful implementation of the Agile@JYSK Framework based on SAFe.

You will be the Scrum Master for two agile teams within the Finance domain:

  • Sales & VAT – Focused on managing Sales and VAT processes for JYSK's retail operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across our markets.
  • Agile Finance – Dedicated to optimizing and standardizing finance processes, supporting global initiatives like the S/4HANA migration, and bridging the gap between finance and IT to deliver efficient, scalable finance solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • serve as the Scrum Master for both teams, leading them to achieve their goals and removing impediments blocking progress
  • prepare and facilitate agile team events, ensuring effective flow, continuous improvement, and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives
  • guide and coach the teams in agile methods, practices, and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
  • foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication within and across teams, and assist in identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery
  • ensure team adherence to agile metrics, using data to drive decision-making
  • collaborate with the Product Owners for both teams, as well as the Release Train Engineer

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • has a solid understanding and experience in agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • has experience with leading teams within software development
  • is decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
  • is a strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • excels at facilitating agile events and workshops
  • has strong problem-solving abilities and proactively removes impediments
  • demonstrates great interpersonal skills, motivating, coaching, and engaging team members enthusiastically
