Your responsibilities include developing and implementing new logistics processes to continuously improve efficiency and support our growth trajectory. You will identify new service providers and locations for our third-party logistics and expand our own capacities. You will negotiate logistics contracts and play a key role in ensuring our logistics strategy. Managing logistics for our brands "Wir Kaufen Dein Auto" and "Autohero" across Germany, you will optimize processes for maximum customer satisfaction. In challenging situations within the transport and warehousing network, you will manage bottlenecks and find creative solutions. Leading a dynamic team, you will develop your employees and ensure continuous team performance improvement. You will also serve as the direct contact for our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe, contributing to the strategic development of our logistics processes through regular reporting.

Requirements include fluency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level, several years of relevant leadership experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment, strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchy levels (e.g., contract negotiations), and the ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.
