Your tasks

1. First point of contact for customers of our ERP system SPMintegra in the healthcare sector
2. Answering questions and processing requested topics by telephone, remote access and ticket system
3. Advising and accompanying our customers during the introduction of SPMintegra as well as supporting and taking over project management
4. Conducting training courses and supporting the commissioning of our software - remotely and on site
5. Forwarding requests to subsequent instances (infrastructure, software engineering)
6. On-call duty in the alternating model

Your profile

1. Completed training in the IT sector and professional experience in a user help desk or in application support
2. High level of communication skills, customer-oriented way of working
3. Structured and methodical way of working
4. Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems and IT hardware
5. Business fluent in German and English
6. Willingness to travel and class B driver's license
7. Ideally initial project management experience
