Technical Consultant

Role : Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow products
• Customise and adapt modules according to project-specific requirements
• Develop and integrate interfaces between systems
• Lead and participate in customer meetings and presentations in both German and English

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Successfully completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent training with substantial practical experience
• Proven track record in a similar technical consulting role
• Fluent in German with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Passionate about delivering tailored solutions on time and to a high standard
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-driven approach to work
• Strong focus on service excellence and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to respond confidently to evolving customer requirements
