The mission has started. We are establishing our own battery cell production in Battery Valley and expanding our global headquarters for worldwide cell manufacturing. This includes Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organization handles the upstream storage value chain, including research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing, and analysis of ESS components and storage systems.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Develop the Supplier Management process and assist in securing and monitoring it.
2. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers.
3. Conduct supplier audits to evaluate supplier capabilities as a basis for nominations.
4. Assess the production processes of suppliers for serial production capability.
5. Review industrialization concepts and verify supplier timelines for plausibility.
6. Steer quality requirements for products and implement corrective measures to meet targets.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. Completed education in chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
2. Extensive experience in quality management and supplier quality engineering.
3. Experience in quality assurance.
4. Relevant experience in manufacturing processes related to electromobility and battery cells.
5. Experience in auditing and qualifying industrial products and processes.
