Position Overview Mycronic's Global Technologies (GT) division is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Supporting Mycronic's business operations and Human Resource function, this role manages a diverse set of daily people-centric responsibilities.

This role involves partnering with leaders and employees in multiple European countries, specifically Germany and France, to support critical areas such as talent acquisition and employee onboarding, as well as managing confidential people data and implementing various employee centric programs. The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience within these key domains. This position is the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, necessitating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the Human Resources Business Partner will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and actively contribute to a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Business Partner is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule with travel to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for posting open roles on job boards, sourcing for candidates as needed, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, facilitating interview debrief sessions, and preparing/sending new hire paperwork
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify top talent and streamline the talent acquisition process
  • Cultivates a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle

Program Implementation:

  • Develops and maintains employee communications, including drafting, sending, and saving emails/announcements
  • Coordinates and executes key annual processes, including yet not limited to performance reviews (mid-year and year-end), employee engagement surveys and action items, talent review, and compensation planning cycles, as well as managing the logistics for annual training initiatives, which includes scheduling, communicating invitations and reminders, and facilitating training sessions
  • Tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings; follows up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Responds timely to requests for information
  • Assists with compliance and safety activities

Onboarding:

  • Coordinates all orientation/onboarding activities (including new hire paperwork, facilitating day one orientation, and working with managers to ensure successful employee assimilation)
  • Ensures a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires
  • Conducts check-ins with new hires to gather feedback, address questions, and ensure a successful integration into the team and company culture

People Data:

  • Upholds data integrity and accuracy within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) through meticulous data entry, verifications, and audits
  • Utilizes the HRIS to process employee transactions, including hires, exits, benefits, changes, and reports
  • Scans and uploads all employee documents and accurately maintains employee files and documents

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five-plus years of Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of EU, German, and French labour laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Solutions-oriented, forward-thinking professional with demonstrated strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exemplifies a high sense of urgency and focus on employee experience
  • Desire to learn, flexibility to grow with the position and adapt to changes
  • Experience delivering against ambitious targets, in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
