Support the oversight of UW outsourced activities and controls over the value chain (underwriting / pricing / product design).

Work with the team as the interface between the Underwriting and Products teams and the business units regarding Delegated Authority business, including support and coordination of product development, data requirements, policy design, regulatory feedback, and strategic direction.

Assist in measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the underwriting oversight framework.

Help assess the adequacy of underwriting processes and controls to ensure operational risks stay within risk appetite and meet regulatory standards.

Participate in quarterly meetings with business units to review performance and follow up on actions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to review and redesign underwriting oversight activities.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Underwriting, Product Management, Audit, Operational Risk Management, or related fields; a relevant degree is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Munich Re Group organization is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
