Legal knowledge can be learned, but the right attitude cannot. We seek individuals who share our values of respectful and appreciative collaboration and see mutual giving and taking as part of a successful work relationship. You should also identify with the following:

• Having completed training as a Steuerfachangestellter, Steuerfachwirt, or Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).
• Alternatively, extensive experience in finance, payroll, or tax consulting.
• Openness to digital working methods, and ideally (not mandatory) experience with DATEV.
