What can you expect?

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products from concept to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
• Engage with customers to gather their pain points and prioritize product requirements based on insights, data, and business goals
• Develop detailed product specifications and maintain high attention to detail throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to optimize product performance
• Represent the voice of the customer in product development discussions
• Initiate, drive, and support cross-team efforts

What should you bring?

• 3+ years of experience in digital product management, with a solid background in tech, marketing, sales, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering impactful user experiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Analytics platforms, Figma)
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
