Through initiatives like the ESG Transparency Award, we support companies worldwide in analyzing, developing, verifying, and showcasing their sustainability performance.

To drive our digital growth, we are seeking a Tech Lead (m/f/d) to help build and guide a strong IT team with a focus on long-term collaboration and technical excellence.

Tasks

• Define and own the technical architecture across all backend and frontend systems (React).
• Translate business requirements into clearly scoped technical tasks for the development team.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor implementation by an experienced remote team of senior developers.
• Ensure high-quality code standards with a focus on performance, logging, security, and error handling.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure the stability and reliability of our production environment.
• Provide architectural guidelines to prevent ambiguity, scope creep, and maintain consistency.
• Take active ownership of the completeness and delivery readiness of all frontend and backend components.

Requirements

You bring deep hands-on expertise across the full modern development stack:

• Frontend: React, Ant Design, Nx
• CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, pnpm, Doppler
• Infrastructure & Monitoring: Betterstack, Winston, Docker, DigitalOcean
• Design Systems: Figma with centralized Ant Design

Strong understanding of

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• CI/CD and DevOps best practices
