IT System Administrator | IT Specialist (all genders)

Tasks
After extensive training, you will work remotely in a variety of ways, as well as partly on site with our regional customers.

• You will be responsible for ensuring system availability.
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions during operation (via ticket system).
• Administration of server infrastructures (server, network, backup, firewall, MS SQL databases, virtualized environments).
• Communication and coordination of technical tasks with the customer's IT managers.
• Creation of operational documentation in our ITSM tool.
• Proactive integration of technological innovations and findings.

Profile
You will fit into our Operations team if you have experience in the professional support of IT infrastructures and enjoy constantly developing yourself further.

• Successfully completed IT training or comparable professional experience (e.g. IT specialist for system integration).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft product range such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS.
• Basic knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Cluster and VMware.
• Enjoy automating and optimizing operational processes.
• Confident written and spoken German skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a solution- and customer-oriented way of working.
• A valid class B driving license.
