Senior Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition - REC at Infosys

Technology: Sales and Client Relationship Management - Retail/Consumer Goods

Location: Germany, UK

Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

What will you do?

  • Contribute to different phases of the Sales lifecycle, focusing on Client Relationship Management and business development.
  • Build sales plans, pursuit strategies, and business pipelines; work with leadership to convert pipelines and achieve targets.
  • Manage relationships with key client personnel and CXOs; understand client organizational culture.
  • Present and sell concepts to clients, influencing business awards based on capability and track record.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies for favorable outcomes.
  • Understand MSA/contract processes and standards, including nuances and interdependencies.
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing strategies (gain share models, alternative sourcing models).
  • Provide input for building alliances with relevant vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in business solutions and client management within Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics domains.
  • Strong Business Development (HUNTING current accounts), Relationship, and Account Management skills.
  • Experience in growing existing accounts and interacting with C / C-1 level client contacts.
  • Understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry.
  • Experience managing large, multi-location consulting teams is desirable.
  • Hands-on proposal creation and presentation experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with a variety of IT and business consulting engagements.
